"We have been with State Farm for many years from Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia. For the most part, all of the agencies that we have dealt with have been great. We moved to the Blue Ridge area a couple of months ago and was looking for a new State Farm agency to deal with to bring our insurance over from Florida. We called Rebecca Mathis, State Farm, Blue Ridge, from the first phone call till now they have been wonderful. I call they answer and it’s a real person not AI or leave a message. They are always willing to help. We have changed out vehicles while we are here And all you have to do is call them or email them and they take care of everything in a matter of a couple of minutes. Not waiting all day or the next day they do it right then and get it right back to you. Great Friendly customer service every time!
